Deck Pavilion in Dover, PA

Kevin and Jackie Beeken reached out to Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products in early June 2022 to help bring order and purpose to their backyard and design their dream outdoor living space at their Dover, PA home. With an existing sunroom, aging pressure-treated deck, and paver patio that no longer worked together, the space was in need of a complete transformation. After several rounds of design collaboration, they moved forward with a plan they were excited about, and the new deck and pavilion were installed in October 2022. The finished space features Hickory-colored Clubhouse vinyl decking, textured black Keylink aluminum railing with a built-in railing bar, and Placid Point lighting on the posts and stair risers for evening use. A custom pavilion anchors the deck with Superior Plastic Products 8” columns, an AB Martin bronze metal roof, a charcoal-black stained tongue-and-groove ceiling, integrated lighting, and a ceiling fan. Additional details include white fascia and stair risers, a built-in grill bump-out, and platform steps that lead down to a concrete pad and fire pit area, creating a cohesive and highly functional outdoor retreat.Key features are as follows,
