Brian and Denise had an older deck installed at their home. Over the years the wood deck boards started to rot and warp, so they decided it is time to replace their wooden deck for safety purposes and eliminate all the maintenance that was required to keep their deck going. Since the foundation was constructed with 6×6 posts and 2×10 joists we did not need to rebuild the foundation. After a conversation with our representative, they chose to add new decking, aluminum railings, and a deck pavilion. The pavilion and deck are outfitted with Placid Point Lighting, which completely transformed their deck!
