Deck Replacement Process

The Matz’s reached out to rebuild their aging treated wood deck and expand their outdoor living space at their Dillsburg, PA home. Together, we designed a new 14’ x 31’ deck tailored to their needs, featuring a reversed gable 16’ x 14’ pavilion with a cathedral ceiling, recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The deck showcases Hickory-colored Clubhouse decking with Ironwood picture framing, Chesapeake series aluminum railing by Keylink, and a railing bar around the pavilion for casual dining and entertaining. Placid Point lighting by Keylink enhances evening use, while clay-colored trim, soffit, gutters, columns, and Otter-Tech underdecking complete this polished and highly functional outdoor living space.
