Benjamin, Vernon and the crew at Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products were phenomenal in creating our beautiful covered deck. They were professional, prompt, very personable and fairly priced. I decided to change the size of our deck at the very last minute (yikes). We were only a week away from starting the project. Surprisingly, Benjamin worked his magic and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. During the project, I also requested some adjustments be made to the inside of our roof so that it was high enough to accommodate the tall men in my family. Benjamin came to the rescue again and made the requested accommodations. In both instances, he pleasant, understanding, helpful and got it done!! He was very great to work with and also great at communicating. The crew arrived early every morning and stayed on course with their timelines. Throughout the entire process, Benjamin and crew went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and happy customers. Our deck is the envy of our neighborhood!
