Replacement Deck with Roof
John Greenleaf reached out to us in May and asked Upper Dauphin Vinyl to quote a bigger deck than his existing deck. He also decided he wanted a roof over the entire deck. After consulting with John and going over some options, he concluded he wanted to go with the following:
- Trex decking
- Superior Plastic products – 400 series vinyl railing w/drink rail.
- A roof over the entire new deck with matching shingles and siding
- A vinyl ceiling on the underside of the roof
- Recessed lighting and a ceiling fan
- Reversed stairway so the stairs return and land under the deck for a future concrete patio under the deck.
