Excellent Experience!

Excellent experience with Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products. Benjamin, Vernon, Melvin & Stephen were AWESOME!! Communication & craftsmanship are top notch! This team really has their act together. They finished our project within the exact duration we were told and there were no “hidden fees” along the way. They delivered just what they promised, an awesome deck & pavilion.

Wow!! What a Project!

Wow!!! What a project. We sat down with two companies, the first did not impress me. Benjamin from Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products came prepared with samples and years of knowledge. My wife and I felt very comfortable talking with Benjamin about what we wanted. I had a drawing of what I wanted and we went outside and measured and Benjamin drew up the plans. We had an outdated Sun room deck and patio. We wanted something that we could entertain with. That’s exactly what we got. Thank you very much Benjamin, Vernon, Steve and Melvin and your crews.

Would Highly Recommend Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with the team at Upper Dauphin Vinyl for the installation of our new TruNorth vinyl deck and KeyLink cable railing/lights. Benjamin and Chris were extremely knowledgeable of their products and were quick to make a visit to our home to evaluate our wants & needs and present us with a drawn plan & estimate. The installation team, headed by Stephen, was incredible! They were hardworking, efficient, attentive to details, and very pleasant to work with. The teardown of our old existing deck and the installation of our large new deck took only six days to complete! We are excited to use our new space, especially at night with the lights lit up on the cable railing & down the stairs. Would highly recommend Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products for your decking/fencing needs. Super impressed!!

Our Deck is Simply Fabulous

Our deck is simply fabulous. The entire team from Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products was very professional, courteous and understanding to our needs. Professional, Quality, Communication

We recently had our old deck removed and a vinyl deck/roof completed by Upper Dauphin Vinyl. I have been blown away by the professionalism, quality, communication and caring nature of everyone involved at Upper dauphin/rising sun construction. Workmanship is Fantastic

We are very happy with the replacement deck that was built by Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products. The workmanship is fantastic, the crew (led by Steven) who built the deck were very personable and responsive every step of the way. Benjamin was very helpful designing the deck and making our requested changes, and it was a pleasure to do business with Vernon. Professional, Prompt, Very and Personable

Benjamin, Vernon and the crew at Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products were phenomenal in creating our beautiful covered deck. They were professional, prompt, very personable and fairly priced. I decided to change the size of our deck at the very last minute (yikes). We were only a week away from starting the project. Surprisingly, Benjamin worked his magic and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. During the project, I also requested some adjustments be made to the inside of our roof so that it was high enough to accommodate the tall men in my family. Benjamin came to the rescue again and made the requested accommodations. In both instances, he pleasant, understanding, helpful and got it done!! He was very great to work with and also great at communicating. The crew arrived early every morning and stayed on course with their timelines. Throughout the entire process, Benjamin and crew went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and happy customers. Our deck is the envy of our neighborhood! We’ve had an A++ contractor experience. From the very beginning they explained in detail planning, materials, schedule, and everything you want to know about decks. Communication was easy and prompt. All the guys were extremely knowledgeable and even had helpful suggestions as the job progressed. If you need a deck built look no further.
