Superior Knowledge

The deck was about 30 years old and looked very ragged. I had 3 bids and all were lower than Upper Dauphin, but Upper Dauphin told me about what my husband had done and that the type of construction that my husband used was the best at that time period. They gave me so much detail that I knew the other bids could not come close in knowledge and ability to do the job right. The finished product is fantastic!!!

Phenomenal Design

This wonderful company replaced and extended our deck. Extremely professional and prompt. The communication was phenomenal from design to project completion. The entire staff is very knowledgeable on all products and choices available for your projects. They’d get a sixth star if I could.

Railing

I would highly recommend Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products! They put railing around the steps going out the garage and down the steps. Top quality workmanship!

A five star rating is not enough!!!

Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products took our deck into another dimension! It went from a 12×12 mess to a 12×28 beauty! From picking out which products to use with Melvin, working out the details with Vernon, and the actual build with Steven and his crew, it was nothing but perfection. The materials used are top quality, the workmanship is second to none. Every question was answered to our satisfaction, and Steven made sure we were satisfied with the final product before they left. Hardworking and Honest Company

Vernon and his team rebuilt my very large deck, turned it from dated to modern and amazingly beautiful. Vernon kept me informed throughout the process and he did not stop until everything was perfect. An added plus is that Vernon and his team are great guys, hard working, professional and honest. i highly recommend Vernon, he will not consider the job finished until you are 100% satisfied.

Amazing Communication!

I secured estimates from three different companies. Upper Dauphin Vinyl had the best price and the best vinyl products. They completed our 20 x 22 deck with vinyl railings, two gates, two sets of steps, and three benches within three days. Melvin, the owner and Vernon’s father, came out to give me the estimate. He was candid about how busy they were and that they would not be able to get to us for several weeks. However, they kept us informed of their scheduling and when they were able to begin our project they were on time and very efficient. Vernon, the son, and Justin and Steve built the deck. They were friendly, professional, and highly-skilled. They did an awesome job, asking me questions along to the way to make sure everything was to my liking, taking care to address even the smallest details. I hadn’t planned on getting lights in the posts of the railings, but Melvin suggested it. I m glad he did because the lighting makes the deck look even more classy in the evenings. Our deck is beautiful and the envy of the neighborhood! My neighbors tell me we have just increased everybody s property values! Hire Upper Dauphin Vinyl. You will be so glad you did!
